This is an extremely uncommon boat (apparently only 3 or 4 in North America) for which the mast has been shortened by 2 feet. A change of less than 5% to P results in a 6 point adjustment. Otherwise, it is straightforward, with plus 6 points for recreation and minus 6 points for an oversized genoa. The start point of 102 points was based on 3 other ratings which were reasonable comparisons. Base rating of 102 points before adjustments. 102 points + 6 – 6 + 6 = 108 Base Rating.
